Alternative Payment Arrangements & JustFund

If you would prefer to pay your legal fees at the end of your matter, have unexpected fees to meet or are otherwise concerned about your ability to pay our fees, there may be options to assist you.

Our firm has partnered with JustFund to provide funding options to assist people going through a relationship separation or who are involved in administering a deceased estate. As part of that accreditation arrangement, JustFund is the funding provider we share information about and can introduce to clients who wish to explore funding options. We do not receive commissions or referral fees from JustFund, but we may access additional services offered by JustFund and our clients may access additional funding products and services, as well as discounted pricing.

For Family Law Matters: Where eligible, JustFund can provide a line of credit to pay legal fees and associated costs for your Family Law matter. Repayment is only made at the conclusion of your matter from the proceeds of your property settlement.
